All Scouts and Scouters MUST have a Medical form to go to camp. You must get a new one every year. You may get it by clicking this link: http://www.scouting.org/filestore/HealthSafety/pdf/whole.pdf. ONLY FILL OUT THE FIRST FOUR PAGES. DON"T FORGET TO BRING A COPY (BOTH SIDES) OF YOUR PARENT'S HEALTH INSURANCE CARD.
