Leadership Training
Every Summer the Troop hosts Troop Leadership Training for its newly elected and appointed leaders. The EDGE method is one of the key components of teaching skills to and training others. Below is a description of each component of the EDGE method.
E.D.G.E. Method
E= Explain- Tell someone something thoroughly.
D= Demonstrate- Show someone through example.
G= Guide- Let them do it by helping them.
E= Enable- Make them able to do what you taught them.
